Return Policy
Only damaged merchandise may be returned for a refund. New clothing may be exchanged or we will provide you with store credit if items are in proper condition within 14 days of purchase. All items returned or exchanged must be in the following condition: Tags must be in original attached condition and a purchase number or print out of the purchase enclosed. Sale items and accessories are final sale no refunds or exchanges.
Shipping PolicyJared's Jerseys partners with shipping industry leader USPS to ensure efficient, secure delivery of your order. We always ship as soon as possible with Priority Mail so that shipping is generally 2-3 days from when we process the order. Some orders must be ordered from our suppliers and can take 5 - 10 business days before we receive the items. Once the item(s) are shipped the customer is sent a tracking number with instructions on how to check on their shipments.
After you successfully place your order, you can track its status
online using the order number provided on your shipping confirmation email. You will receive the shipping confirmation email
informing you of the specific carrier used for delivery (Usually USPS), as well as a
shipment tracking number for your order. Your order is not complete
until you receive this email.
